My good news is; I have been informed by my Oncologist that I have been cured. My family and friends are ecstatic, me, well! I can’t stop crying for joy.
There was a however, it may come back in about ten years. My reply to that was "I am not worried about the "however" because I know the treatments will be more advanced. Our Scientists are working very hard to help eliminate all cancers"
It was Christmas 2007 when I was informed I had stomach cancer. In 2008 radiation hit that on the head, however, a few months later another form of cancer was found in my neck, Chemo dealt with that. 2009 my Stem Cells were collected. 2010 developed hypogammaglobinanaemia; commenced Intragam to boost my immune system. This treatment may be on going. However, I am hoping my immune system kicks in and this treatment will also be a thing of the past.
Christmas 2010, told I am cured....:) :) :) :)
